How do students join the class?
With the class code. They enter it in HelloHai on the web (soon on iPhone and Android too) and join the class in an instant. One code per class, shared by all its teachers.
Can the teacher listen to their students’ conversations?
Yes. They can read each conversation and listen back to it, to help the student progress. Students and their parents are informed as soon as they join the class. The voice of students under 13 is never kept.
What homework can I assign?
A role play (the coach plays a character, you set the scene and the tasks), a free conversation on a topic, or a vocabulary list to review and then reuse out loud. You see who completed each task and which words are really acquired.
How is the level measured?
With speaking tests inspired by official exams: interview, presentation, interaction. The result is aligned with the CEFR, from A1 to C2. It’s a progress indicator, not a certification.
Does the coach adapt to each student’s level?
Yes. From beginner to advanced, it adjusts its pace, vocabulary and corrections. The same homework is therefore accessible to the whole class, and each student does it at their level.
Which languages are available?
English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Hebrew and Arabic, with the same coaches, homework and dashboards.
Is there anything to install at the school?
No. Students use the HelloHai app on their phone or computer, and teachers use their dashboard on the web. Nothing for the IT department to deploy.
How does billing work?
One price: €200 excl. VAT per student per year, the same for every school, invoiced to the school and payable yearly or per term.
