How does the pool of minutes work?
Your plan’s minutes are shared by the whole team. Everyone practices as much as they need, with no per-seat license, and you invite as many people as you want.
What happens if we run out of minutes?
You add a top-up from the dashboard (300 or 1,000 minutes), or move up to the next plan. You see the team’s usage in real time, no surprises.
Can we read our employees’ conversations?
No. You see minutes practiced, levels, speaking pace and test results. The content of the exchanges stays private: that’s what lets everyone dare to make mistakes.
Which English levels is it for?
All of them, from beginner to advanced. The entry test places each employee, then the coach adapts their pace, vocabulary and corrections to that level.
How do you measure progress?
With a speaking test on arrival, then on demand: level, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary and speaking pace in words per minute. The dashboard also shows how regularly each person practices.
Is there anything to install?
No. Your people receive an email invitation and use HelloHai on the web, and soon on iPhone and Android. Nothing for your IT department to deploy.
Can we practice languages other than English?
Yes: Spanish, German, Italian, French, Hebrew and Arabic, with the same coaches, role plays and reports.
How does billing work?
Card payment via Stripe, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Invoices are issued in your company’s name, with your VAT number. Prices exclude VAT.
