Frequently asked questions
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. When you sign up, you get to know your coach in a real conversation, followed by a first report: your strengths and where to start. You choose your plan afterwards.
What do the minutes correspond to?
Time spent talking out loud with your coach. Reports, the expression notebook and your progress tracking remain available at all times.
How much can I talk with Max?
1,500 minutes of conversation per month, almost an hour a day. Enough to talk every single day.
Who is a Family plan for?
For 2 to 6 people in the same household: kids, teens, adults. €30 per person per month, or €150 per person per year. Each person has their own coaches, memory, progress and up to 1,500 minutes of conversation a month. You can add a person at any time.
How do I cancel?
In one click, from “Manage my subscription”. The monthly plan stops at the end of the current month; the yearly plan is billed in one payment and can be canceled before each renewal.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, prices for individual and family plans include VAT. Schools and Business offers are quoted excluding VAT.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe, we never store your card. Your invoices and payment method are managed in a dedicated space.
